The Sparkle Sessions are private, one on one coaching sessions done over the phone or Skype so you can relax in the comfort of your own home. We'll likely be chatting over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, exploring why you may feel stressed out, and then designing ways to make you shine again. Together, we will implement nourishing self-care rituals and exercises that restore your balance and overall wellness. You will be driving the conversation as I listen, ask intuitive questions, and support you every step of the way. Each session will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to dive back into your life with a renewed sense of self.

Single Coaching Session

A Dose of Sparkle is a one-time coaching call designed to help you deal with a situation that might be dragging you down (or making you lose your mind). We'll chat for 60 minutes about what's going and develop a game plan to figure out how to handle it. You'll leave the call feeling inspired, motivated, and in control of the situation. In other words, you'll be ready to kick-ass.
